You will define plans, manage budgets and supplier relationships, drive decisions with leadership, coordinate inter-team efforts, and ensure timely, high-quality deployment for world-renowned products.

Qualifications

• BS + 3 years relevant experience.
• Engineering experience in Electrical, Mechanical, Systems, Test, or Optical.
• Ability to travel internationally.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-functional teams including Electrical, Mechanical, Test and Software Engineering to deliver instrumentation and test solutions.
• Define the plan/schedule and manage instrumentation and test through execution.
• Deliver presentations and drive the decision-making process.
• Ensure inter-team coordination and communication.
• Manage test development budgets and builds.
