Job summary

EY is seeking a Zscaler Senior Engineer to oversee the implementation, management, and optimization of Zscaler security solutions across our network infrastructure. You will work with IT and security teams to ensure secure deployment and robust risk management.

The role focuses on Zero Trust strategies, incident response, and adherence to GDPR, HIPAA, SOC 2, while driving security improvements across EY’s global environment. Hybrid work model is offered in a client-facing context.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Security, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in network security.
• Strong knowledge of Zscaler security solutions and their features.
• Experience with network security tools and technologies.
• Familiarity with GDPR, HIPAA, SOC 2.
• Strong understanding of network security, identity and access management, and encryption.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
• Relevant certifications such as ZCCP, CISSP, or equivalent are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage Zscaler security solutions.
• Monitor and manage security configurations for Zscaler services.
• Conduct regular security assessments and audits of network environments.
• Collaborate with IT and network teams to ensure secure deployment and management of network resources.
• Respond to and investigate security incidents and breaches involving Zscaler solutions.
• Implement and manage security policies and configurations within the Zscaler platform.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, SOC 2).
• Provide guidance and training to internal teams on Zscaler security best practices.
• Keep current with Zscaler security trends, threats, and technologies.
