Job summary

EY in the United States seeks a Zscaler Senior Engineer to oversee the implementation, management, and optimization of Zscaler security solutions. You will work with cross-functional teams to secure our network and drive zero-trust initiatives.

Responsibilities include configuring Zscaler services, conducting risk assessments, and guiding incident response while ensuring compliance with GDPR, HIPAA, and SOC 2.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information security, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years in network security or a related role.
• Strong knowledge of Zscaler security solutions and their features.
• Experience with network security tools and technologies.
• Familiarity with GDPR, HIPAA, SOC 2 compliance frameworks.
• Strong understanding of network security, IAM, and encryption.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
• Certifications such as ZCCP, CISSP or equivalent are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage Zscaler security solutions to protect our network.
• Monitor and manage security configurations for Zscaler services.
• Conduct regular security assessments and audits of network environments.
• Collaborate with IT and network teams to ensure secure deployment.
• Respond to and investigate security incidents involving Zscaler.
• Implement and manage security policies within the Zscaler platform.
• Ensure compliance with GDPR, HIPAA, SOC 2 and related standards.
• Provide guidance and training on Zscaler security best practices.
• Keep current with Zscaler trends, threats, and technologies.
