Job summary

EY is seeking a Zscaler Engineer Senior to oversee the implementation, management, and optimization of Zscaler security solutions. You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure security and performance of EY's network infrastructure and respond to incidents.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information security, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years in network security or related role.
• Strong knowledge of Zscaler security solutions and features.
• Experience with network security tools and technologies.
• Familiarity with compliance frameworks (GDPR, HIPAA, SOC 2).
• Strong understanding of IAM, encryption, and network security.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
• Certs such as ZCCP, CISSP are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage Zscaler security solutions to protect our network infrastructure.
• Monitor and manage security configurations for Zscaler services.
• Conduct security assessments and audits of network environments.
• Collaborate with IT and network teams for secure deployment and management.
• Respond to and investigate security incidents and breaches involving Zscaler.
• Implement and manage security policies within the Zscaler platform.
• Ensure compliance with GDPR, HIPAA, SOC 2 and related regulations.
• Provide guidance and training on Zscaler security best practices.
• Keep abreast of Zscaler trends, threats, and technologies.
