Job summary

EY in the United States seeks a Senior Zscaler Engineer to oversee the implementation, management, and optimization of Zscaler security solutions within our network infrastructure. You will work with IT and security teams to ensure secure deployments and incident response across a globally connected organization.

Key responsibilities include risk assessments, policy enforcement, and compliance with GDPR, HIPAA, SOC 2, while mentoring teams on best practices and updates in Zero Trust

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in CS/Info Security or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in network security or related role.
• Strong knowledge of Zscaler and its features.
• Experience with network security tools and technologies.
• Familiarity with GDPR, HIPAA, SOC 2 compliance.
• Understanding of network security, IAM, and encryption.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Certifications such as ZCCP or CISSP are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage Zscaler security solutions for the network.
• Monitor and manage security configurations for Zscaler services.
• Conduct regular security assessments and audits of network environments.
• Collaborate with IT and network teams for secure deployments.
• Respond to and investigate security incidents involving Zscaler.
• Implement and manage security policies within Zscaler platform.
• Ensure GDPR, HIPAA, SOC 2 compliance.
