Job summary

EY seeks a Senior Zscaler Engineer to oversee the implementation, management, and optimization of Zscaler security solutions across our network infrastructure. You will collaborate with IT and security teams to ensure secure deployments and effective risk management.

The role emphasizes Zero Trust, incident response, and compliance with GDPR, HIPAA, and SOC 2, supported by EY’s hybrid work model and commitment to advanced security practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information security, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in network security or related role.
• Strong knowledge of Zscaler security solutions and their features.
• Experience with network security tools and technologies.
• Familiarity with GDPR, HIPAA, SOC 2 compliance frameworks.
• Strong understanding of network security, IAM, and encryption.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills; strong communication and collaboration abilities.
• Certifications such as ZCCP, CISSP or equivalent are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage Zscaler security solutions to protect our network infrastructure.
• Monitor and manage security configurations for Zscaler services.
• Conduct regular security assessments and audits of network environments.
• Collaborate with IT and network teams to ensure secure deployment and management of network resources.
• Respond to and investigate security incidents and breaches involving Zscaler solutions.
• Implement and manage security policies and configurations within the Zscaler platform.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, SOC 2).
• Provide guidance and training to internal teams on Zscaler security best practices.
• Keep current with Zscaler security trends, threats, and technologies.
