Job summary

Augusto Digital is seeking an experienced Zoho CRM Specialist to join on a contract basis with potential to grow into an ongoing role. You will restructure an in-production Zoho CRM instance, advise on process design, and work with engineers on API-level integration.

This remote engagement is 3 months with 10–20 hours weekly, heavier at the initial window. You will guide stakeholders, document changes, provide light training, and build dashboards for clear operational visibility, collaborating

Qualifications

• Hands-on Zoho CRM admin experience on existing instances.
• Strong knowledge of modules, blueprints, workflows and security.
• Experience deploying changes on live systems with rollback planning.
• Ability to gather requirements from stakeholders and translate to config.

Responsibilities

• Redesign CRM workflows, lead management, pipeline stages, and reporting.
• Advise on best practices and Zoho-native vs custom development.
• Guide client through structural changes and light training.
• Build dashboards and operational reports.
