Job summary

Charles Schwab is seeking a Senior Manager, Zero Trust Operations in Orlando, FL to lead incident response and drive the maturity of Schwab's Zero Trust services. You will own high-impact operational challenges spanning cloud, network, identity, and endpoint domains.

As a senior individual contributor, you will mentor peers, design and implement changes with risk controls, and partner with engineering, architecture, and SOC teams to improve resilience and security posture at scale.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in cybersecurity with hands-on operational exposure.
• 3+ years directly supporting Zero Trust solutions (ZTNA, CASB, SWG, SASE).
• Solid networking fundamentals and cloud security knowledge.
• Automation experience with Python or similar scripting.

Responsibilities

• Lead response to complex Zero Trust incidents, directing triage and resolution across teams.
• Investigate connectivity, access, and performance issues across Zero Trust networks and cloud platforms.
• Act as incident leader for high-severity events, coordinating containment and root-cause analysis.
• Define stakeholder communications with clear impact assessments and executive updates.
• Design high-risk configuration and architectural changes aligned with security strategy.
