Job summary

The Vanguard Group is seeking a senior leader to own and drive the Zero Trust program across multiple security workstreams from Malvern, PA. You will align strategy with business priorities and deliver measurable outcomes while coordinating with IAM, PKI, Cloud Security, GRC, and Audit teams.

You will partner with finance, vendors, and engineering to monitor risk, ensure compliance, and report progress to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Over 10 years in program or portfolio management within cybersecurity or enterprise technology.
• Led large, cross-functional security programs with multiple technical workstreams.
• Strong understanding of Zero Trust principles and governance.
• Proven ability to communicate complex initiatives to executives clearly.
• Experience working with external vendors and consulting partners.
• Undergraduate degree in CS or Engineering; graduate degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the Zero Trust program plan, roadmap, and delivery cadence across all workstreams.
• Translate strategy into executable plans with milestones and measurable outcomes.
• Define and report OKRs and KPIs with engineering and architecture leads.
• Maintain stakeholder relationships and drive alignment with vendors and partners.
• Ensure risk, audit, and compliance requirements are addressed across initiatives.
