Responsibilities

• Serve as the senior technical advisor for Zephr customers and optimize implementations.
• Lead customer office hours, technical reviews, and design discussions.
• Advise on Zephr architecture, identity flows, paywalls, and registrations.
• Review designs for scalability, performance, and operability.
• Guide adoption of Zephr and Billing capabilities to grow subscriptions.
• Maintain architecture docs, runbooks, and technical decision records.
• Support troubleshooting of complex Zephr configurations and integrations.
