Job summary

Adams and Associates, Inc. is seeking an experienced program supervisor to lead recreation and evening/weekend activities for students.

You will coordinate with instructional staff, CPP/Social Development, and community partners to deliver academically integrated recreation services while promoting health, wellness, and education. The role requires a post-secondary degree and at least one year of youth-related experience, plus a valid in-state driver's license (CDL preferred).

Qualifications

• Post-Secondary Degree required.
• At least 1 year of related experience working with youth.
• Valid in-State Driver's License (CDL preferred).
• Ability to lift 40 pounds and/or assess lift load when needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee recreation and evening/weekend programs for students.
• Collaborate with instructors to develop tutoring and activity plans, including virtual learning.
• Maintain safety and program compliance within prescribed guidelines.
• Document student attendance and participation in activities.
• Coordinate with community partners to deliver services.
