Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater San Diego is seeking a part-time Sr. Group Leader for the Ramona site in Ramona, CA. You will assist the Branch Manager with daily operations, supervise staff and volunteers, recruit members, and manage program data to ensure safe, engaging activities for youth.

Responsibilities include health checks, enforcing safety protocols, planning programs, and maintaining attendance records. CPR/First Aid within 30 days of hire is required.

Competenze

• Must be 18 years of age with High School diploma or GED required with some college experience or equivalent.
• A minimum of 48 college units or completion of the CAPE; or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 1–3 years’ experience working directly with school-aged youth; knowledge of youth development.
• Ability to plan and implement quality programs for youth; instruct, coach and direct activities.
• CPR and First Aid certifications required within 30 days of hire.
• Excellent communication with youth, parents, staff, volunteers, and community partners.
