Job summary

Rite of Passage Brand is hiring a Group Supervisor for Mt. Evans Qualifying House in Idaho Springs, CO. The program supports male youth ages 16-21 with housing, school and therapeutic activities, on a trauma-informed, evidence-based model designed to foster growth and resilience.

The Group Supervisor coordinates staff and youth, oversees daily cadence, and ensures licensing standards are met. The role is on A Shift (Sun-Wed afternoon) with a coach counselor direct report; on-site duties include

Qualifications

• Have direct care experience working with at-risk youth and/or the systems they frequently interact with.
• Be empathetic, trauma-informed, and able to model the positive impact of building healthy relationships.
• Have experience in a supervisory role.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Be able to pass a criminal background check, illegal drug screen, physical, and TB test.
• The ability to work 3.5 days/week in Idaho Springs (preference given to candidates in the greater Denver Metro area).
• Have reliable transportation and able to drive in winter conditions.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate staff and youth to ensure program expectations are met and licensing standards are followed.
• Oversee the morning & evening cadences and assist with task leads and timely completion.
• Support safety and supervision during community outings and on-site activities.
