Job summary

Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Cincinnati Inc in Oxnard, CA seeks a dedicated youth program staffer to plan, implement, and supervise activities across education, recreation, arts & crafts, and physical education. You will assist the Site Coordinator with daily, weekly, and monthly site operations.

The role emphasizes youth development, program participation, safety, and a collaborative, professional club environment. CPR/First Aid and a valid driver’s license are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED.
• CPR and First Aid certifications required (can obtain through Club).
• Experience working with children or youth programs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, and evaluate activities for drop-in members and visitors.
• Monitor and ensure safety and quality of programs.
• Coordinate daily, weekly and monthly activities for youth.
• Engage with members, parents, schools, and community partners to support youth development.
