Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field required.
• 5 years’ experience in Youth Program development and management.
• 5 years’ experience and proven success hiring, managing, training & developing staff.
• 5 years’ experience of proven development and management of budget.

Responsibilities

• Oversee development of staff, programs, finances and daily operations of the branch.
• Act as liaison to the community advocating YMCA programs and events.
• Lead staff development through recruiting, hiring, training, scheduling and performance management.
• Ensure programs comply with YMCA standards and continually grow participation.
