Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum one year management experience.
• Current personal training certifications.

Responsibilities

• Staff development: recruit, train, schedule and manage a high-performing staff.
• Program operations: ensure programs meet YMCA standards and drive member engagement.
• Fiscal management: meet or exceed budget targets and optimize payroll.
• Strong community campaigns and fundraising to support the branch.
• Maintain facilities and ensure safety and compliance.
