Qualifications

• MS or equivalent in a STEM field; will consider equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of experience in yield engineering, process integration, or device engineering.
• Direct experience with infrared detectors, thermal imaging systems, microbolometers, or MEMS devices.
• Must be US Citizen or PERM Resident.

Responsibilities

• Lead yield ownership and defectivity reduction across fabrication, assembly, and test.
• Oversee wafer foundry yield management and analyze inline and final test data.
• Drive root cause investigations and implement corrective actions with partners and internal teams.
• Collaborate with device design, ROIC/electronics engineering, reliability, and packaging groups.
• Mentor junior engineers in IR-specific failure analysis and yield methodologies.
