What We Do

The Sr. Business Analyst should be knowledgeable about processing year-end data files, reviewing year-end reports, and any applicable disclosures that go out with year-end statements. The analyst would be responsible for ensuring QC and timely processing and mailing of all year-end statements and reporting to the IRS. They would also assist with year-end communications to clients, internal business units, and customers, as well as processing and QC of MSP purge process.

What You'll Do

• Assist with year-end communications to clients, internal business units, and customers, including the MSP purge process.
• Conduct business process evaluations, interviewing internal and external customers to understand business requirements.
• Identify problems, define business process requirements, research solutions, negotiate resources, develop and test solutions, and implement them across business processes.
• Assess the impact of workflow and processes on the current business environment.
• Create reports by researching, analyzing, and integrating data to identify trends and inform management.
• Leverage industry practices, policies, and procedures as an experienced professional.
• Troubleshoot problems and identify solutions within application and functional expertise.
• Contribute to department process improvements and procedures.
• Negotiate and gain consensus from cross-functional teams.
• Potentially supervise others and mentor less experienced Business Analysts.
• Set project objectives and monitor progress to achieve goals.
• Utilize team resources to define complex business processes across functions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

What You'll Bring

• Experience with processing year-end data files and reviewing related reports and disclosures.
• Typically a BS degree or equivalent experience.
• 4-8 years of relevant experience.
• Strong organizational, project management, and communication skills.
• Analytical skills and business acumen.

Salary Range: $75,375 - $100,475 annually. This is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range.
