Base pay range

$45.00/hr - $60.00/hr

Responsibilities

• Kforce has a client seeking a Business Systems Analyst who is bright, proactive, and has excellent analysis skills. The role is remote, preferably for someone in EST.
• This individual will facilitate, guide, and refine processes with both business and technical teams, applying methodologies and best practices to elicit, organize, document, and validate business rules and requirements.
• Lead efforts to formulate solutions to business problems, applying analysis skills to elicit and document requirements.
• Manage multiple priorities and stakeholder expectations, maintaining relationships with customers, project managers, IT, and management.
• Conduct meetings to gather, analyze, and document requirements, obtaining stakeholder signoff.
• Collaborate with systems analysts and development teams during design, coding, testing, and implementation phases.
• Conduct walkthroughs and facilitate handoffs within the SDLC.
• Work independently or in teams to improve relationships between business and systems units.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or 6+ years of practical Business Analyst experience.
• Certification such as IIBA CBAP or equivalent experience in the vacation ownership or tourism industry.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in analysis and design on software projects as a Business Analyst.
• Experience with multiple software development methodologies and project lifecycle stages.
• Knowledge of Business Process Modeling.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Visio, and Outlook.
• Experience with Business and System Use Cases and tools like ReqPro, MS Project, SharePoint, MEGA System Blueprint.
• Strong stakeholder communication skills, including negotiating requirements and explaining decisions.
• Effective written communication skills for various audiences.

The pay range reflects the employer's good faith estimate and may vary based on multiple factors. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and insurance options. Salaried employees receive paid time off; hourly employees' benefits depend on the role and legal requirements.

Note: Pay is not considered compensation until earned and paid. This role is not eligible for bonuses or incentives.
