Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to join our team for a new client implementation project. Your role will involve gathering requirements, bridging business needs with technical solutions, and ensuring successful project delivery.

Responsibilities

1. Requirements Gathering and Analysis:

• Conduct interviews and workshops with stakeholders to understand their needs and workflows.
• Collaborate with the product owner to clarify requirements and define scope.
• Document and analyze user stories with clear acceptance criteria.

User Story Creation:

• Develop user stories from the user's perspective.
• Define measurable acceptance criteria for each story.

Agile Project Management:

• Facilitate backlog grooming and sprint planning.
• Lead daily standups and escalate issues as needed.

Test Planning and Execution:

• Design test plans and execute test cases.
• Collaborate with QA to identify bugs and document results.
