What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist the ERP team in gathering business requirements and identifying current state challenges
- Develop a thorough understanding of future state system design, including business implications and interdependencies
- Document process design and participate in workshops to provide expert input
- Complete system validation testing and thoroughly test system setup/configuration
- Support the development of training materials and become an expert in end-to-end system design and processes

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in manufacturing or a relevant business environment
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively on cross-functional teams
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint; hands-on experience with Salesforce or SAP
