Job summary

FRASER Yachts is seeking a Technical Superintendent to represent the Owner in daily vessel operations from our Fort Lauderdale office. The role requires deep knowledge of yachts, systems, engineering, refits and strong coordination with administrators and owners.

The candidate should have at least 5 years in the yachting industry, ISM/ISPS familiarity, and proficiency in MS Office and ship management software. Extensive travel (30-40%) is expected.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of yachts, operations, systems, engineering, and refits.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the yachting industry preferred.
• Familiarity with ISM/ISPS is required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ship management software.
• Willingness to travel on short notice.

Responsibilities

• Monitor technical status of each assigned vessel in relation to class/flag certifications and inspections.
• Ensure safety management and regulatory compliance.
• Monitor vessel planned maintenance and repair.
• Report technical matters to supervisor/owners and coordinate corrective actions.
• Coordinate repairs and dry-docking with shipyards and contractors.
