Job summary

Fraser-Yachts in Fort Lauderdale seeks a Crew Coordinator Supervisor to lead the crew coordination team, ensure accurate crew documentation, and maintain compliance with STCW95 standards for yacht operations.

You will work with captains and yacht services managers to interview and assign crew, manage contracts, payroll, insurance, and training while traveling as needed to visit yachts and owners.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in crew administration/coordination.
• Experience with crew payroll, onboarding, and certifications.
• Knowledge of STCW95 requirements.
• Willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Identify, interview, and recommend crew members for yachts.
• Assist with background checks and drug testing on prospective crewmembers.
• Provide crew contracts and ensure each member has valid certifications and a Fit for Duty certificate.
• Enroll crew in medical plans and assist with insurance processes.
• Arrange crew travel and payroll-related activities.
