Job summary

WellNow Urgent Care is seeking a Supervising X-Ray Technician to lead radiology operations across a region. You will train staff, ensure QA and safety standards, and collaborate with OPS leaders to maintain high patient care.

You will oversee equipment, shielding QA, and scheduling while promoting professional growth and ensuring compliance with state regulations. Active ARRT is required along with a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Proficient with X-Ray job skills and equipment.
• Experience delivering training material to staff.
• Ability to adapt to changes and train others in QA/QC.
• Familiarity with X-Ray components and imaging software.
• Strong communication with operational leadership and teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations and coordinate with OPS leaders.
• Identify training needs and plan sessions for new hires.
• Oversee QA program and state compliance for region.
• Manage badges, shielding testing, and incident records.
• Create and share technologist work schedules for territory.
