Job summary

WellNow Urgent Care is seeking a Regional Radiology Training & QA Specialist to lead Training and QA across sites in multiple states. You will oversee QA programs, state compliance, and X‑Ray technologist performance, collaborating with OPS leaders to uphold safety and quality in patient imaging.

You will guide new hires, deliver remedial training, and manage regional badge readings and inspections to support clinical excellence and patient care.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
• Active ARRT Certification and state licensure as required.
• Experience delivering training material to healthcare staff.
• Ability to train QA and QC procedures for radiology workflows.

Responsibilities

• Train technologists across regions on QA processes and safety.
• Oversee state compliance and radiation safety metrics.
• Monitor QA programs and coordinate with field leadership.
• Provide remedial training and constructive feedback to staff.
• Travel to sites within the region to oversee imaging operations.
