Job summary

Monzo is seeking a Borrowing Writer for a 12-month fixed-term contract, focusing on loans, credit cards, and overdrafts. You will craft clear, customer-focused content and work with cross-functional teams to ensure clarity and usability across borrowing products.

You will collaborate with engineers, designers, marketers and researchers to improve customer-facing writing, applying data and research to inform briefs and decisions.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of borrowing and credit products.
• Experience in content UX writing and product writing.
• Ability to question briefs and use data/research to guide work.
