Job summary

Urgo Medical North America is seeking a Clinical Specialist to support wound care goals and drive the clinical sales strategy in focused accounts. The role emphasizes developing educational programs, evidence generation, and peer-to-peer events to expand the Urgo portfolio.

The candidate should be located in the Dallas, Texas area, with up to 75% overnight travel. You will collaborate with District Managers, Health Care Systems, and Account Managers to improve patient outcomes and drive business

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or related field required; Master’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the Clinical Sales Strategy with Sales and Health Care Systems in top targeted accounts.
• Deliver product related programs, including professional education events and development of evidence (QIPs).
• Develop implementation tools where and when appropriate.
• Coordinate clinical activities with District Managers, Health Care Systems, and Account Managers to improve patient and clinical outcomes.
• Act as the primary clinical resource for Account Managers and ensure policy implementation.
• Provide training and support for new hire Account Managers.
• Assist with training of tenured staff in field, center, and regional meetings.
• Represent UMNA in Clinical Associations.
• Identify and nurture advocates and clinical investigators.
• Partner with Marketing and CHS as needed.
