Job summary

Omnissa is seeking a Professional Services Senior Architect in the United States to lead the implementation and adoption of Omnissa Workspace ONE for our largest customers. You will gather requirements, design compute infrastructure, validate deployments, and drive adoption roadmaps to achieve business goals.

As a trusted advisor, you will collaborate with internal teams, mentor peers, and manage customer expectations while leading delivery across engagements.

Qualifications

• Consulting skills that combine technical and business concepts to drive customer adoption.
• Experience leading technical project teams and delivering on customer engagements.
• Knowledge of end‑user computing and platform integration.
• Familiarity with adjacent technologies such as Horizon, Azure, Intune, and SCCM.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation and adoption activities of Omnissa Workspace ONE for customers.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across Omnissa business units to enable success.
• Own business outcomes, lead project teams, and manage deliverables.
• Develop adoption roadmaps and align with customer goals.
• Mentor and coordinate with internal teams to accelerate delivery.
