Omnissa is seeking aSenior Professional Services Architect to lead implementations and adoption of Omnissa Workspace ONE for large customers in the US. You will design architectures across private/public cloud, validate deployments, and drive adoption roadmaps while serving as a trusted advisor.

Your role includes coordinating with internal and customer teams, shaping delivery methodologies, and expanding services with adjacent technologies like Horizon, Azure, Intune, and SCCM.

Qualifikationen

• Technology related 4-year degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.
• Experience leading post-sales implementations for enterprise customers.
• Strong advisory and stakeholder management skills.

• During your first month, you will gain familiarity with internal processes with a mentor guiding you.
• Within three months, take ownership of business outcomes and lead technical project teams.
• Following onboarding, transition into customer engagements, leading implementation and adoption activities.
• As a trusted advisor, leverage Omnissa Workspace ONE knowledge to drive customer success.
