Job summary

Omnissa seeks a Professional Services Senior Architect to lead deployments of Workspace ONE for flagship customers. You will gather customer requirements, craft architectural designs spanning private/public clouds, and drive adoption with a trusted advisory approach.

Expect close collaboration with internal teams, mentorship during onboarding, and transition to customer engagements post-onboarding, leveraging your leadership and technical acumen to achieve business goals.

Qualifications

• Technology-related 4-year degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.
• Experience leading professional services engagements and customer-focused initiatives.
• Knowledge of end-user computing and associated deployment and adoption strategies.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and adoption activities of Omnissa Workspace ONE for customers.
• Gather and analyze customer requirements to create architectural designs for compute infrastructure.
• Serve as trusted advisor to customers and align solutions with business goals.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders across Omnissa to ensure successful delivery.
