Job summary

Omnissa is hiring a Professional Services Senior Architect to lead the implementation and adoption of workspace solutions for major customers. You will design architectures spanning private/public clouds, validate deployments, and drive user adoption while aligning with customers’ strategic goals.

You will act as a trusted advisor, collaborate with stakeholders, and leverage knowledge of Omnissa Workspace ONE and related technologies to deliver secure digital workspaces across Windows, Mac, iOS,

Qualifications

Technology-related 4-year degree preferred.
Experience leading post-sales implementations and customer engagements.

Responsibilities

During your first month, you will work with a mentor and your peers to gain familiarity with our internal processes.
Within your first three months, you will be expected to take full ownership of business outcomes, lead technical project teams, and take accountability for all project deliverables—further developing your leadership, technical, and business process skills.
Following onboarding, you will transition into one or many customer engagements, depending on business need.
As an Omnissa Professional Services Senior Architect, you will lead the implementation and adoption activities of Omnissa Workspace ONE solutions for our customers.
You will use your in-depth knowledge of Omnissa and adjacent products to become a trusted advisor to your customers and colleagues.
