Job summary

Omnissa seeks a Professional Services Senior Architect to lead the implementation and adoption of Omnissa Workspace ONE for top customers. You will gather requirements, design infrastructure, validate deployments, and drive adoption roadmaps while partnering with cross-functional teams to meet business goals.

You will collaborate with customers, engineers, and executives, advancing delivery methodologies and expanding service offerings across Windows and endpoint management domains.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in technology or related field.
• Experience leading post-sales implementations and architectural design.
• Strong knowledge of end-user computing and enterprise workspace solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation and adoption of Omnissa Workspace ONE for key customers.
• Gather requirements, design compute infrastructure, and plan configurations.
• Partner with stakeholders to align solutions with business goals.
• Act as trusted advisor and mentor within the project teams.
