Waters Corporation is seeking a senior professional to lead Occupancy Planning, Space Strategy, and Move Management across our global portfolio. You will drive data-driven space decisions, manage office relocations, and oversee conversion projects with strong financial oversight.

The role requires hands-on leadership, coordination with IT and external movers, and adherence to global Workplace Guidelines. Onsite 5 days a week with flexibility at Waters Milford campus.

Qualifications

• 6+ years' operating as an occupancy planning consultant or manager within a large, matrixed global corporate footprint.
• Experience using advanced data analytics and reporting tools to evaluate space utilization.
• Familiarity with current workplace layout methodologies, agile environments, and industry best practices.
• Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

• Occupancy Planning & Space Strategy: forecast supply and optimize space using portfolio data and headcount demand.
• Move Management & Project Execution: plan, schedule and execute relocations with minimal disruption.
• Change Management & Stakeholder Collaboration: communicate moves and gather requirements from employees and Facilities.
