Responsabilités

• Determines office space requirements based on staffing projections and business plans.
• Oversees brokers and does market research to identify suitable office locations.
• Analyzes financial, demographic, and suitability aspects of available sites.
• Prepares final recommendation narrative and financial analysis of sites to management.
• Negotiates lease terms and related issues to obtain favorable agreements.
• Supports the Operational Response Team during crisis management events.
