Job summary

You will oversee third-party Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) partners and coordinate with Real Estate and Workplace Services to deliver excellent employee experiences. You'll drive occupancy planning, space projects, and cross-functional alignment with AV and engineering, while advancing an AI-first approach to streamline workflows and service delivery

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 10 years of experience in corporate real estate and workplace experience, including facilities operations, design development and project management of corporate real estate assets.
• Experience managing outsourced service provider models.

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day campus operations and manage third-party Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) suppliers to ensure high-quality service delivery, efficiency, and end-to-end operational accountability.
• Lead occupancy planning and space projects by partnering with stakeholders, analyzing business needs, and executing on-time deliveries that optimize the employee experience.
• Align cross-functionally with REWS, Audio Visual (AV), and engineering partners to drive consistency, solve complex portfolio needs, and maintain integrated service delivery.
• Deliver proactive customer service by identifying occupant needs and translating them into seamless workplace environments that maximize overall user experience.
• Advocate an AI-first culture by adopting enterprise tools and leveraging AI to streamline workflows and improve service execution.
