Job summary

Google is seeking a Workplace Service Manager to oversee operations at one of its dynamic campuses. You will serve as the primary contact and coordinate facilities operations, vendor relationships, and stakeholder discussions to ensure superior workplace experiences.

As a steward of resources, you will drive efficiency and service improvements by leading operational delivery and collaborating with project management, vendor operations, and customer representatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 10 years of experience in corporate real estate and workplace experience, including facilities operations, design development and project management of corporate real estate assets.
  • Experience managing outsourced service provider models.

Responsibilities

  • Direct day-to-day campus operations and manage third-party Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) suppliers to ensure high-quality service delivery, efficiency, and end-to-end operational accountability.
  • Lead occupancy planning and space projects by partnering with stakeholders, analyzing business needs, and executing on-time deliveries that optimize the employee experience.
  • Align cross-functionally with REWS, Audio Visual (AV), and engineering partners to drive consistency, solve complex portfolio needs, and maintain integrated service delivery.
  • Deliver proactive customer service by identifying occupant needs and translating them into seamless workplace environments that maximize overall user experience.
  • Advocate an AI-first culture by adopting enterprise tools and leveraging AI to streamline workflows and improve service execution.

Job description

US: $157000 - $227000 (USD) + 20% bonus target + equity + benefits
