The Workplace Services Projects Program consists of a large portfolio of facilities related projects across Google’s Bay Area region. Projects Include, but are not limited to, a mix of end of life infrastructure, agile building needs, sustainability initiatives and small scale Research and Development (R&D) labs for our Product Areas (PAs). The program focuses on delivering projects in occupied spaces with existing building operations being a key priority.
As the Workplace Services Projects Program Lead, you will provide strategic direction and governance to the vendor service provider that partners with us on project management services. You will work in a highly matrix organization, build trust in difficult situations, get consensus from leaders with opinions, drive decision-making where trade-offs are required, and balance innovation with predictability. And most importantly operate with the velocity needed in the current Google environment. You will build effective strategic relationships within the REWS Team, with our vendor service providers, and within the business functions of Google.You will set expectations within the team, drive continuous improvement and accountability, and implement processes to achieve high-quality outcomes, value and efficiency, and end user satisfaction.
Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
US: $157000 - $227000 (USD) + 20% bonus target + equity + benefits
