Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, supply chain, operations, business management, or related field.
• MBA preferred.
• 7+ years working with business stakeholders within a cross-functional matrix environment.
• 5+ years of experience managing multiple direct reports.
• 5+ years of project management or procurement experience.
• Proven drive for results and accountability with urgency.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute category management and strategic sourcing strategies aligned with objectives.
• Deliver measurable savings, cost avoidance, and working capital improvements.
• Build trusted advisor relationships with stakeholders through proactive engagement.
• Lead complex sourcing initiatives and contract negotiations for optimal outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and governance standards.
• Collaborate with Finance, Legal, HR, IT, Marketing and others to achieve outcomes.
• Promote supplier diversity and responsible procurement practices.
