Job summary

Vanguard is seeking a Situational Advisor on the Google Concierge Team to deliver personalized, one-on-one financial planning and investment guidance. The role focuses on helping participants navigate important financial decisions with point-in-time advice and a strong client experience.

You will evaluate goals and retirement needs, build trusted relationships, and collaborate across teams to support plan sponsor objectives.

Qualifications

CFP designation required.
FINRA Series 7 and Series 63 licenses required or ability to obtain within established timelines after hire.
Minimum three years of experience in financial planning, retirement planning, investment guidance, or client relationship management.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to simplify complex financial concepts.

Responsibilities

Deliver personalized, point-in-time financial planning and investment guidance through virtual consultations.
Evaluate participants' goals, financial situations, and retirement needs to provide appropriate recommendations.
Conduct discovery conversations and build trusted relationships that support positive participant outcomes.
Serve as a resource on workplace retirement plans, investments, and financial planning topics.
Collaborate across teams to support participant needs and plan sponsor objectives.
Participate in business initiatives and special projects.
