Vanguard Group seeks a Situational Advisor to join Google's Concierge Team, delivering personalized financial planning and retirement guidance through virtual consultations. You will assess participants' goals, financial situations, and retirement needs to provide actionable recommendations in a trusted, one-on-one setting.

With a CFP designation and FINRA licenses, you will build strong relationships, support plan sponsors, and collaborate across teams to deliver high-quality guidance.

Qualifications

• CFP designation required.
• FINRA Series 7 and Series 63 licenses required, or ability to obtain within established timelines after hire.
• Minimum of three years of financial planning/ retirement planning/ investment guidance experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to simplify complex concepts.
• Experience with workplace retirement plans or participant-facing guidance preferred.

Responsabilités

• Deliver personalized, point-in-time financial planning and investment guidance through virtual consultations.
• Evaluate participants' goals, financial situations, and retirement needs to provide appropriate recommendations.
• Conduct discovery conversations and build trusted relationships that support positive outcomes.
• Serve as a resource on workplace retirement plans, investments, and financial planning topics.
• Collaborate across teams to support participant needs and plan sponsor objectives.
• Participate in business initiatives and special projects.
