Job summary

Vanguard is seeking a Situational Advisor on the Google Concierge Team to provide personalized, one-on-one financial planning and retirement guidance through virtual consultations. You will help participants navigate important financial decisions with tailored recommendations and a high-quality client experience.

The role requires evaluating goals, financial situations, and retirement needs, building trusted relationships, and collaborating across teams to support participant and plan sponsor

Qualifications

CFP designation is required and FINRA licenses must be held or obtained within timelines.
Minimum three years of financial planning/retirement guidance experience in financial services.
Excellent verbal and written communication, with ability to simplify complex concepts.

Responsibilities

Deliver personalized, point-in-time financial planning and investment guidance via virtual consultations.
Evaluate goals, financial situations, and retirement needs to provide appropriate recommendations.
Conduct discovery conversations and build trusted relationships with participants.
Serve as a resource on workplace retirement plans and related topics.
Collaborate across teams to support participant needs and plan sponsor objectives.
Participate in business initiatives and special projects.
