Pacific Life is seeking a Senior Design Project Manager to join our Workplace Services team across Newport Beach, Omaha, or Charlotte. You will lead workplace optimization, space planning, and project execution to support business objectives and employee experience.

You will collaborate with facilities, IT, HR, and external vendors to ensure standards, space utilization, and timely delivery. Requires 8–10+ years in corporate office design or facilities management and proficiency with AutoCAD and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Facilities Management, or related field required.
• 8-10+ years of experience in corporate office design, facilities management or related fields.
• Knowledge of building codes and ability to read architectural/MEP drawings.
• Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute workplace strategies aligned with organizational goals and workforce trends.
• Manage workplace projects end-to-end including Tenant Improvements and building restacks.
• Coordinate with Facilities, IT, HR and vendors to meet project requirements on time and within scope.
• Establish and maintain workplace standards and governance across locations.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and provide data-driven insights on workplace trends.
