Job summary

Pacific Life seeks a Senior Design Project Manager to join the Workplace Services Team in Newport Beach, CA, Omaha, NE, or Charlotte, NC. This role drives workplace optimization, space planning, and stakeholder engagement to align real estate with business needs.

You will manage Tenant Improvements, building restacks, furniture reconfigurations, and cross-functional collaboration while upholding standards, processes, and governance for a superior employee experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Facilities Management, or related field.
• 8-10+ years of experience in corporate office design, facilities management, or related roles.
• Knowledge of building codes and ability to read architectural/MEP drawings.
• Experience leading complex workplace initiatives and managing external vendors.
• Proficiency with space planning tools and Microsoft applications.

Responsibilities

• Drive workplace optimization strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Lead end-to-end workplace projects including Tenant Improvements, Building Restacks, and site buildouts.
• Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, and risk mitigation.
• Coordinate with Facilities, IT, HR, and external vendors to meet requirements.
• Maintain workplace standards and governance across locations.
