The role requires 8–10+ years in corporate office design or facilities management, strong project management, and proficiency with AutoCAD and CAFM/IWMS.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Facilities Management, or related field.
• 8–10+ years of experience in corporate office design, commercial office furniture, project management, or facilities management.
• Knowledge of building codes and ability to read architectural/MEP drawings.
• Strong project management skills and stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead workplace projects end-to-end including Tenant Improvements and space rearrangements.
• Develop project plans, timelines, budgets and manage risks.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (Facilities, IT, HR, vendors) to deliver projects on time and within scope.
• Establish and maintain workplace standards, guidelines, and governance across locations.
• Monitor occupancy, space utilization and trends to improve workplace efficiency.

This role combines project management, space planning, workplace design, and stakeholder engagement to ensure optimal use of real estate, alignment with workforce needs, and adherence to workplace standards. The actual compensation offered to a candidate will be dependent upon several factors, including but not limited to experience, qualifications and geographic location.
