Genesis10 is seeking a Senior Workfront System Administrator for a contract position in Cleveland, OH. The role focuses on administration, maintenance, and optimization of the Adobe Workfront platform with emphasis on workflow automation to enhance marketing operations delivery.

The candidate will administer Workfront, train users, design automation workflows, and collaborate with internal/external partners to deliver measurable efficiency gains. 5+ month contract, competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.

• Experience with traditional and digital creative development processes.

Responsibilities

• Administer Workfront system level: users, groups, access, templates, forms.
• Train users as access is provisioned and troubleshoot issues.
• Design and maintain work queues, routing, approvals, automated workflows.
• Create and maintain Workfront Fusion scenarios for automation and integrations.
• Develop reports and dashboards in Workfront.
• Collaborate with project coordination to ensure on-time delivery.
• Identify and automate repetitive processes to improve efficiency.
• Deliver measurable efficiency gains through automation.

Job description

Genesis10 is currently seeking a Senior Workfront System Administrator for a contract position with a Major Financial Institution located in Cleveland, OH. This is a 5+ month contract opportunity.

Pay range: $39.00 - $45.00 per hour

This role is part of the Marketing Operations team and is responsible for the administration, maintenance, and optimization of the Adobe Workfront platform. The ideal candidate will focus on workflow automation to improve the efficiency, speed, and quality of marketing operations delivery.

Responsibilities

• Administer Workfront at the system level, including user and group management, access levels, layout templates, and custom forms
• Train users as Workfront access is provisioned, develop training resources, and troubleshoot platform issues
• Design, build, and maintain request queues, routing rules, approval processes, and automated workflows within Workfront
• Design and maintain Workfront Fusion scenarios to support automation and API integrations
• Create, maintain, and enhance reports and dashboards within Workfront
• Partner with project coordination team members to ensure work is completed on time and within expectations
• Champion a culture of continuous improvement by identifying and automating manual, repetitive processes
• Deliver measurable efficiency gains through automation and continuous process improvement
• Collaborate effectively with internal and external partners using shared platforms and workflow tools
• Communicate clearly and confidently with a variety of stakeholders, translating technical concepts for non-technical audiences

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 3-5 years of professional experience in an advertising agency, marketing project management, or a related field
• Experience in traditional and digital creative development process, ensuring content aligns with business objectives and brand standards
• Proven relationship-building skills working with internal team members, external agencies, and cross-functional teams
• Strong written and oral communication ability; demonstrated presentation skills
• Demonstrated organizational and project management skills
• Demonstrated strong client focus; is efficient and delivers in a timely manner
• Demonstrated ability to solve problems and escape as necessary

Pay range: $33.07 - $43.07 per hour
