Job summary

Accenture is seeking a senior Workfront expert to join our solution consulting team in the United States. You will drive pre-sales efforts and provide solution leadership for large-scale Workfront and marketing cloud transformations.

In this role, you will write BRDs and Epics, architect functional solutions, facilitate discovery workshops, and enable internal teams through training and certification. Travel may be required as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years as a Workfront System Administrator or in a consultancy Workfront delivery role.

Responsibilities

• Pre-sales support – defining marketing technology strategies, roadmaps, budgets, and proposals.
• Solution leadership in large-scale implementations and product owner support.
• Internal capability enablement through knowledge sharing, training, and partner certification.
• Writing BRDs, Epics, and Stories to guide delivery.
• Defining functional and technical solution architecture with project managers.
• Leading discovery and requirements workshops with senior stakeholders.
• Overseeing acceptance testing and driving issue resolution to completion.
• Supporting business change including process engineering, role definition, and workflow automation.
