Job summary

Accenture seeks a seasoned Workfront expert in New York to lead solution architecture and hands-on Workfront configuration in large-scale implementations. You will partner with clients and internal teams to design scalable processes and drive transformations.

Roles involve discovery sessions, requirements analysis, and cross-functional collaboration with delivery teams and stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes and adoption.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Workfront System Administrator or in a consultancy Workfront delivery role.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience with Workfront implementation and project optimization.
• Minimum of 2 years experience showcasing the ability to lead discovery and requirements workshops with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience with commercial and pre-sales instincts, with the ability to scope, price, and position complex solutions.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years work experience). If Associate's degree, minimum 6 years work experience required.

Responsibilities

• Solution Leadership – Advise clients to define solutions and accelerate delivery as a product owner, or support a client product owner on large-scale programs.
• Configuration SME – Build and test Workfront configurations across the full range of capabilities.
• Internal Capability Enablement – Help accelerate practice growth through knowledge sharing, service definition, training, and partner certification.
• Provide best practice guidance on Adobe Workfront to clients and internal teams.
• Design and configure Workfront functionality to meet business process requirements.
• Lead discovery sessions with new clients and apply process design principles to define scalable solutions.
• Collect and analyze Workfront requirements to identify gaps and opportunities.
• Configure Workfront objects including forms, templates, programs, dashboards, reports, and more.
• Coordinate acceptance testing and drive issue resolution to completion.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders within delivery teams.
