Job summary

Acxiom seeks an experienced Adobe Workfront Solution Expert to drive client value through end-to-end Workfront deployments. You will design success plans, optimize automated workflows, and guide system integrations to ensure seamless data flows across enterprise systems.

You will lead workshops, define success criteria, and translate business objectives into measurable value outcomes, while staying current with Workfront releases and security best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience.
• 8+ years of consulting in client-facing roles.
• 5+ years of hands-on Adobe Workfront experience.
• Experience with value realization methodologies and ROI measurement.
• Conducting client workshops to define success criteria.

Responsibilities

• Develop success plans aligning Workfront with client objectives.
• Recommend Workfront Fusion scenarios, modules and routes.
• Suggest system integrations via connectors and APIs.
• Provide guidance on Workfront architecture, scalability and security.
• Stay current with latest Workfront releases and best practices.
• Create value realization documentation and dashboards.
• Own and monitor client success metrics and KPIs.
