Job summary

Code and Theory is seeking a Senior Workfront Configuration Consultant to own and optimize Workfront configuration during implementation. The role ensures alignment with architecture, governance standards, and functional requirements while maintaining scalability and performance.

You will contribute to overall architecture, own configuration (objects, workflows, forms, permissions, templates, reporting), translate requirements into scalable setups, oversee junior consultants, and QA all

Qualifications

• 5+ years advanced Workfront configuration experience.
• Deep understanding of governance, permissions, and scalable design.
• Experience with complex implementations of enterprise solutions or multi agency environments.
• Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to translate complex designs into actionable build steps.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to follow strict governance guardrails.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to overall Workfront architecture and technical solution design.
• Own all Workfront configuration including objects, workflows, forms, permissions, templates, and reporting.
• Translate technical workbook requirements into scalable configuration.
• Assign and oversee Junior Consultant configuration tasks.
• Conduct QA on all Workfront configuration and related integrations.
