Job summary

Code and Theory is seeking a Senior Workfront Configuration Consultant to lead configuration during enterprise implementations in the United States. You will own objects, workflows, forms, permissions, templates, and reporting, ensuring alignment with architecture, governance, and performance standards.

Collaborate with architects and cross-functional teams, document decisions, perform QA, support UAT and go-live readiness, and mentor junior consultants to scale delivery.

• 5+ years of advanced Workfront configuration experience.
• Deep understanding of governance, permissions, and scalable design.
• Experience with complex enterprise implementations or multi-agency environments.
• Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills.

The base compensation range for this role is $90,000 – $140,000 and spans multiple levels. We're open to hiring at the level that best matches the right candidate's experience. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, budget, and location.
